OUR PRICES AND PRODUCTS

In the case of products, it is possible that small variations in color or other types of minor variations may occur in the products offered, as a consequence of the different technologies for image acquisition and exhibition, or for other technical reasons. Vanleve is not responsible for these variations and deviations.

The prices included in the information of the platform, related to the products already does not include taxes. Vanleve reserves the right to make changes in the prices and the product prior to an order placed by you, at the moment in which the User has already generated his order. Vanleve agrees to maintain the purchase conditions established at the time the purchase was generated through the platform. Vanleve reserves the right to change, limit or terminate special offers or promotions at any time.

Shipping costs will be invoiced, when applicable, separately and will be specified and added to the total amount of the order.

The products on sale CANNOT be returned. Discounts for promotional or seasonal coupons cannot be combined with others, nor with products that are already on sale in the online store.

CLEAR DELIVERY POLICIES

Vanleve will make the delivery of your order at the exact address that you have provided us for such purposes. Vanleve  can only deliver at an exact address that corresponds to the User’s address or his workplace. Deliveries will be made on business days, except weekends and holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt that is included in the invoice that is delivered to the User with the shipment of the order.

Preparation time

The time needed to prepare the order for shipment can be from 1 to 3 days and must be considered in addition to the delivery times of the merchandise by order.

Estimated shipping times

As a company, we are committed to meeting the delivery times offered, for more detail you should explore the reference charts where the rates, destinations and estimated price of ordering merchandise up to 1lb are available. As general considerations, it should be taken into account that all shipments within the Dominican Republic are free, international shipments by regular mail have a cost of 8 USD and delivery 10 – 30 days, varying according to the area. International express shipments have a usual cost of 28 USD and delivery between 3 and 5 days. For further details consult the reference price tables. For packages that exceed 1lb in weight, new rates apply and will be notified at the time of purchase. In purchases over 300 USD, shipping will be free to any destination (national or international).

Tariffs and customs duties

Consumers will pay all applicable customs duties tariffs on the product, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

DELIVERY AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Our merchandise does not have export restrictions via postal mail or via DHL and can be sent anywhere in the world from the Dominican Republic, we are not responsible for restrictions imposed in specific cases locally in the country of destination.

CLEAR RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Policies for the Dominican Republic, physical store:

Returns or physical changes may be requested during the following 30 calendar days after the date of purchase by presenting the original purchase receipt.

The garments that apply exchanges or returns must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with the corresponding labels.

There are no changes or refunds on the following garments: swimsuits in all their combinations (panties, tops and full swimsuits), except for manufacturing defects.

In no case will the cash be refunded.

There is no limit on the number of pieces per return.

To request a physical change and if it is not available at the point of sale, a refund will be made and an advance request will be generated for 100% of the amount.

To apply a refund, a new order will be made to be applied the same day according to what is available at the point of sale or by section system. The garment worn must be the same or higher price, the latter as long as there is a return and a purchase.

Policies for online store:

Our main objective is the satisfaction of our customers; that’s why we accept returns during the first 30 calendar days after you receive your purchase; as long as the product has not been used and it is the first time you request a change for that purchase.

You can make the return or exchange in a physical store or by parcel. See parcel shipping details.

For any clarification about your order, it is necessary to keep the packaging in which it arrived and take a photograph of the packing list to be able to support you.

If the client chooses return by parcel, once received back, the merchandise will go through a rigorous internal review process, if the return does not meet the necessary requirements or does not match the purchase receipt, it will be returned to the customer and the amount of the freight will be covered by it.

The instructions below are valid for online orders shipped within and outside the Dominican Republic:

STEP 1: Pack your garment(s) and the packing slip that came with your order(s). The garments that apply exchanges or returns must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with the corresponding labels.

No delivery note? Print your order confirmation email or print a return form.

STEP 2 – Choose a prepaid, insured and trackable delivery service and mail your package to the address below. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

This period begins from the date of shipment of your order. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise. Refunds for returns made in the online store are usually processed back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

After 30 days of purchase:

Merchandise can be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Card. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Through these Terms and Conditions, the company VANLEVE in its capacity as owner of the e-commerce platform (hereinafter the “platform”) available at: www.vanleve.com, puts at your disposal the explanatory information about the platform and the regulations for its use and access.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE REQUEST YOU TO REFRAIN FROM USING OR BROWSING THIS PLATFORM, ITS USE ACCORDING TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HERE IS SUFFICIENT TO CONSIDER THAT YOU ACCEPT THE CONTENT AND OBLIGATIONS HERE DESCRIBED.

For purposes of the information contained in these Terms and Conditions, “Users” means the persons who create a username and password to generate transactions through the platform, by their own means. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at first, Users are the buyers of the products of the Vanleve Beachwear brands, who use as a mean of purchasing goods in the virtual platform that Vanleve has put at their disposal.

The use of the platform requires prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy, which is published at: www.vanleve.com, such texts are required for normal operation of the platform. Acceptance through the “I ACCEPT” button, configures an express and unequivocal expression of knowledge, understanding and total approval of the aforementioned provisions.

 

ENTRIES AND VISITS TO THE PLATFORM

  1. The platform is a space provided by Vanleve to consult and learn about the products of the brand, with the purpose that Users can acquire them through a remote sale through the platform. In this regard, the User undertakes to use the contents in a diligent, correct, and lawful manner and, in particular, undertakes not to perform the behaviors described below:
  2. Using the contents of the platform in a manner, or for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good practices, or public order.
  3. Reproducing, copying, representing, publishing, using, distributing, transforming or modifying the contents of the platform, or in any other way making acts of disposition or exploitation of the contents, by any procedure or on any support, in a total or partial manner.
  4. Suppressing, evading or manipulating the “copyright” and other data of intellectual property rights of Vanleve. or its owners, incorporated into the contents, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that could contain the platform.
  5. Using the contents and, in particular, the information of any kind obtained through the platform or the products to distribute, transmit, send, modify, refuse or report the advertising or the contents of the platform for purposes of direct sale or with any other kind of commercial goals, as well as to abstain from marketing or disclosing in any way such information and the same products that are available to the user within the Platform. Consequently, the user may download the material published here, in paper or digital format, only for personal purposes and with the citation of the source.
  6. Using the platform and the products offered in it, for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, harmful to the current regulations, the rights of Vanleve or third parties. Likewise, any use that could damage, overload or damage the Platform, or prevent the normal use or enjoyment thereof by Users is prohibited. Detrimental of the rights of Vanleve and interests of third parties or of Vanleve, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload or damage the platform and the sale of the products of the Vaneleve or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the platform and the sale of products by Users.
